Testing is performed under reputed third party inspection agencies such as LRIS, EIL, ABS, DNV, TUV, SGS, BVIS to name a few.

Testing involves tests like Tensile, Bend, Compression, Impact, Shear, and Hardness (Rockwell, Vickers, Brinell), Proof Load, Macro & Micro examinations, Ferrite Content measurement and Welding Procedure qualification, Welder Performance Qualification.

The laboratory has a dedicated workshop that prepares the complete range of specimens that are required to be tested.

Quality practices are strictly adhered to while performing the test. OTIS is recognized for prompt mobilisation and swift execution of jobs onsite.
